Xavier Borghi is an SBA Certified Lawyer in construction and real estate law. He was admitted to the bar in Zurich after earning a Master of Laws from the University of Geneva. He is also a civil engineer (ETH Zurich) and holds a PhD in engineering from the University of Cambridge (UK).
Xavier advises private, institutional and public clients on infrastructure projects and real estate developments. He represents clients in litigation and also acts as an arbitrator and a mediator in construction disputes. Fluent in French, German, English, Italian and Spanish, he is active across Switzerland and enjoys working in international settings.
Xavier is a member of the Expert committee of the Swiss Bar Association for real estate and construction practitioners, co-president of the Committee SIA 118 for General term and conditions for construction works as well as a member of the Central Commission for Standards of the SIA.

Catherine Kristol has been practising as a lawyer specialising in construction and property law since 2015. She was admitted to the bar in Bern after studying law at the Universities of Neuchâtel and Basel, graduating with a Licentiate (lic. iur.).
She advises and represents private, institutional and public clients on all matters relating to construction and property law.
Catherine Kristol is bilingual in German and French and also advises her clients in English. She enjoys multilingual environments and practises throughout Switzerland.
She is a member of the Swiss and Zurich Bar Associations, as well as the Construction Law Section and the Civil Procedure Law Section of the Zurich Bar Association.
